Besides going crazy with sleep, coffe and energy drinks, what is a good way to stay awake in class/at work?
I know getting enough sleep is important, but I am always up late studying and I have to wake up early for my classes, so besides going crazy with coffee and energy drinks, what are some good ways to stay awake during a lecture or while working at my desk at work?

Can you die from drinking too many energy drinks?
ok so i usually have about 3 energy drinks a week (monster,amp, or full throttle if that matters.) and i have heard that too many over time will kill you. So is three a week too many? or should i only have one a week or am i good. I also get the sugar free if that matters.

What do you know about energy drinks?
When I first heard of energy drinks from commercials it’s states that you will have more energy if you drink it, but unfortunately my father stated that energy drink is not good for our bodies because it has a lot sugars or other blended ingredients which can make our bones weak.

Why do people like Monster energy drinks?
I’ve tasted Monster energy drinks, and they are sooo nasty! They taste very sweet, and leave my stomach hurting. I just do not see why so many people like them. I personally love Rockstar and Full throttle energy drinks, while lots of people hate those 2, but love Monster. I just think Monster is overrated as an energy drink. What do you think?
