The little cross means that there’s more information about that ingredient. In this case, if you look at the bottom of the can, it means that there’s no established daily value for those things. (no 50%, 100%, etc.)

You can get most energy drinks real cheap at Sam’s club or Costco but you have to buy in bulk

Coffee is real cheap, And I have found that I get more pick me up from coffee than any energy drink I’ve tried.

Just put some sugar in some milk with your favourite flavour (banana, etc.). Then throw in some colloidal minerals for health. This is cheaper. Carry it in a thermos or throw away/recyclable water bottle.

I love to cook. I love to ride my bike. One day I started playing around with some recipes for energy drinks and decided this one fit the bill.
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Quart Water
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
PREPARATION:
The nice thing about this drink is that it can be altered easily. For instance you can add more or less of nearly any of the ingredients. You can even switch out the water and substitute fruit juice, depending on your taste. I usually prepare this ahead of time and let it chill over night. If I want I can even put it in the freezer and let it thaw as I ride.

we have an asian market called super 88 and they sell the original Thai formula Red Bull in cans for less than a buck. It is sweeter and less carbonated but does the same thing and they look cool beacause noboby knows what the hell it is. I get cases of 12 for about 8 dollars. Unfortunately, the only 88 markets I know are both in boston.

Walmart is the cheapest place I found they have a redbull 18 pk for 18.99. That’s cheap
