Buy them in bulk at either Costco or Sam’s Club and if you do the math you will be paying much less per can/bottle of drink!!

Well, my sister and her friend always bother

variety of little energy drinks. They purchase stuff like

I quit energy drinks and my mind is not the same?
I was addicted to energy drinks for years. I have quit multiple times in the last two years and each time I quit, my mind feels sluggish and I am not able to concentrate. I cannot do basic math (6×7=) and my mind likes to wonder while I work.

I guess what I am trying to ask is, will it get superior or is this a permanent thing? When I drink energy drinks I can concentrate, do math, and do work with no problem – but without them..

I really do not want to drink them, but if it doesn’t get superior I do not see an alternative.
