Besides going crazy with sleep, coffe and energy drinks, what is a good way to stay awake in class/at work?
I know getting enough sleep is important, but I am always up late studying and I have to wake up early for my classes, so besides going crazy with coffee and energy drinks, what are some good ways to stay awake during a lecture or while working at my desk at work?

How can I stay awake in class without pills or energy drinks!?
I’ve only had 3-4 hours of sleep last night since I was working on my comic (I know it sounds stupid) and now I cannot stay awake. My father will not let me get energy drinks anymore or take any medication and I do not want to sleep in class. I have a few projects this day and I need to present them well. School is in like 2 hours. HELP!

How do I stay awake without coffee, soda or energy drinks?
Is there a way to stay awake, alert & focused in the morning without coffee or soda? Coffee & soda dehydrates me & hurts my throat, that is why I do not like taking them unless I have no choice. Most energy drinks have soda in it, so that is out of the question too.
I share a small office space with several people, so stretching and exercising is also out of the question since that’d look weird if I suddenly begin doing yoga in the middle of the office 
Any (healthy) ideas on how to stay awake?

I work in a long term life facility and my shift is 10pm to 6:30 am. I have been so sleepy from 1 till off.
Is there any energy drink or pills that can me me stay awake all night?
Please dont tell me illegal drugs like cocaine,marijuana, etc.

I know there are unlimited, almost, amounts of energy drinks and ‘shots’ out there, but my question is which energy drink can really do the job?
Any drinks at all, and if there is a soul in anyone, can you recommend one that tastes not like crap?

I’m running off of a tiny sleep right now, and I am supposed to work 8 hours, and then drive to visit my folks for 4 hours.
