Is it terrible to grant a pre-teen to drink coffee or energy drinks?
My son enjoys a cup of coffee (or an energy drink) with me in the afternoon. It seems like an okay thing to grant after a long school day and before homework/chores. My husband thinks it’s awful. From a medical stand-point, I have heard there is nomore caffine in a cup of hot chocolate. He is totally limited to a cup/can a day, has no behavior issues and I do not notice a change in his demeanor.

So i am 15, i drank 3 energy drinks, but not red bull, i drank guaranna energy drink, i drank 3 between 5 hour pauses. Will something happen to me?
I am not lying i actually drank 2 drinks, they are guaranas not monster drinks.
I drank one at 5 pm. and one at 10 pm.

i’m about to work as security at a festival this weekend. suffice to state i’ll be working 19 hour back to back shifts for four days with very tiny sleep in between so, even though i usually try to avoid them, i reckon i will need to drink a fair few energy drinks.
so i was just wandering, time wise, how often will i need to drink one to remain awake and reasonably alert? each four, five hours etc?
(trying to plan how many i should purchase before i go)

I drank two energy drinks last night, could that be why my stomach is hurting today?
I do not normally drink energy drinks, ever. But last night I had to pull an all-nighter, and over the course of of about 10 hours I drank two energy drinks. They were not like super high energy drinks like redline or nos. It was the mountain dew brand called Amp, which I seem to think is not as strong as others, but I might be wrong. Could this be why my stomach is bothering me today?

Do energy drinks or coffee stun the growth of a teen?
I am a 14yr old energy drink/coffee addict…ha ha that sounds kind of weird. Currently I stopped drinking both because my mother stated energy drinks stun your growth and my father stated coffee does so Im confused!
I do a lot of physical activity so not worried about the sugar making me fat.
