I want to lose weight by drinking energy drinks (red bull, amp) with trim fast meal bars. Just seen the commercials. I would like to begin this diet plan for 12 weeks. I do not know a lot about energy drinks. Is this harmful?

I do not drink a lot of pop, but lately I have been having these cravings for pop and Energy drinks. I was thinking for the month of October that I would not drink pop and energy drinks and see how that goes because for one that is just a lot of sugar to have. What is a good slogan against energy drinks?
Energy drinks are pretty bad for your teeth. They create a low pH in the mouth (acidic), and they can have tons of sugar. Over time and with regular usage cavities can form. Also, the amount of caffeine in the drinks can lead to dependence (like any caffeinated product). I am looking for a catchy slogan to use in a campaign to increase awareness of the effects energy drinks can have on teeth.

How bad are energy drinks bad for you?
I work with a purchase who drinks 2 sometimes 3 Monster energy drinks a day. I keep telling him he will probably get kidney stones. Other than getting an upset stomach though, he never seems to be seriously affected. Am I wrong?

My friends always go out drinking and partying but I do not drink because my body doesn’t respond well to it. Do you think that drinking energy drinks instead of alcohol will be a healthier substitute if I consume just as much of it as I would alcohol?
