What does the cross on the back of energy drinks mean?
I used to drink energy drinks a lot, and I know, they are bad for you, but I do not drink that much any more so please just answer my question. So I changed my mind and Im going to go with energy drinks affects instead of water contamination but I need a good way to grasp young teens attention because I know most will not listen unless it’s very interesting…any ideas???? Well, my sister and her friend always bother
me to run them to the store so they can purchase a
variety of little energy drinks. They purchase stuff like
red bull, monster, rockstar, vault, sobe, etc.
They’re 16oz bottles.
I told her that I would not do it anymore because
I do not think it’s good for their heart and since
they’re young (12&13).
They claim they drink 2 bottles a day but I still
don’t trust them or even think that is safe.
What i’m asking is if it’s safe for them to drink it
or what do you think their limit is and what
are the side effects?

Ok my dumbass stayed up all night and I have school tommorow.. well I guess in a couple of hours. What are some good energy drinks to keep me awake from 6am-12:30. I have tasted Red Bull and I hated it. I want something that tast kind of fruity.

I quit energy drinks and my mind is not the same?
I was addicted to energy drinks for years. I have quit multiple times in the last two years and each time I quit, my mind feels sluggish and I am not able to concentrate. I cannot do basic math (6×7=) and my mind likes to wonder while I work.
I guess what I am trying to ask is, will it get superior or is this a permanent thing? When I drink energy drinks I can concentrate, do math, and do work with no problem – but without them..
I really do not want to drink them, but if it doesn’t get superior I do not see an alternative.
